Role and Responsibilities

Support the main HR processes, such as, but not limited to annual evaluation, recruiting, onboarding and learning & development in a timely and professional manner. Ensure and keep our high standards of personnel data management and reporting via our HR information systems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Assist in developing and implementing HR procedures and policies, providing guidance for business operations

Contribute to the development of HR objectives and systems, queries and standard reports for ongoing company requirements

Assist with benefits, compensation and employee performance programs

Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR team and the entire organization, and to improve employees’ experience

Prepare documents, setup schedules and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience

Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems

Provide effective and dedicated HR advisory support to employees in relation to absence and health issues, code of conduct, conflict resolution, organizational change and all employee-relations matters

Assist in the communication and maintenance of employee handbook, employee directory and organizational chart

Ensure data integrity, accuracy and compliance with legal regulations; update policies and procedures as required

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Degree in HR or similar education with a minimum of 2 years work experience in the HR field

Strong motivation to create structures and processes in a fast growing business environment 

High level of self-reliance with the ability to work independently as well as to collaborate within a team

Goal-oriented and driven by an analytic and problem solving attitude

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams

Enjoy administrative work, having strong administrative skills and a customer service orientated mindset

Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HRIS (Workday proficiency of advantage)  

Eager to learn and face new challenges

Excellent command of German and English in speaking and writing

High level of work ethics and cultural awareness
